Selected poetry — Roman Urdu
Bahut nikle mere arman lekin phir bhi kam nikle
Dare kyun mera qatil? Kya rahe ga us ki gardan par
Woh khoon jo chashm-e-tar se umr bhar yoon dam-ba-dam nikle?
Nikalna khuld se Adam ka sunte aaye hain lekin
Bahut be-aabroo ho kar tere kooche se hum nikle
